By agreeing to the policy of using Beyond dynamic platform, you agree with all the things below. If you do not agree with the things below, you have the right to stop using Beyond dynamic as your personalized video marketing tools.
Beyond dynamic has the right to refuse your request with or without any reason if according to Beyond dynamic you violate the rules that apply or harm other parties inside and outside Beyond dynamic.

You are obliged to make payments according to the time and amount specified. Prices are based on packages or based on credits amount of your needs.
Payments can be made online, credit cards, virtual accounts or bank transfers.
Sending personalized video using WhatsApp API, Beyond dynamic complies and follows the official rules from WhatsApp regarding content and what types of content are allowed and not allowed to use the WhatsApp API.

In using Beyond dynamic there are limits to your usage and content, such as:
• You are prohibited from sending personalized video with WhatsApp or email on behalf of other companies without permission.
• You are prohibited from doing spamming activities.
• You prohibit content that offends SARA.
• You prohibit content that is used to cheat or trace scamming, all forms of fraud that you do outside the responsibility of Beyond dynamic
• You prohibit disturbing or violent content.
• And content that is not in line with morals and that supports the law in Indonesia.
This policy can change at any time without prior notice and enter into force on January, 2023
1. Payment of the service fee is made through the payment method provided. After the payment is successful you will receive an invoice automatically from the Beyond dynamic system. Please proof of payment is made and downloaded and stored in a safe place for future reference.
2. Beyond dynamic will provide services or service extension services provided full payment has been received.
3. Without any obligation from Beyond dynamic to give notice, Beyond dynamic has the right to suspend/and or stop the provision of services and without prejudice to Beyond dynamic other rights if the service recipient does not immediately pay the bill when it is due.
4. Each transaction will be subject to a VAT fee of 11% of the transaction value
1. Beyond dynamic will refund only if your video has not been processed within 14 days.
2. You can make a refund by contacting the support department team via a ticket for the refund process by informing the service to be refunded, the reason for the refund, Beneficiary Name, Account No., Bank Name.
3. Returns will be processed within 7 working days.
4. If you make a refund for a discount service (promo), then the refund process is in accordance with the nominal value of the transaction after deducting the funds for using the previous service.
5. Refunds cannot be made if Beyond dynamic stops your hosting or other services due to a violation of the Terms of Service of service at Beyond dynamic.
6. The refund decision will cause your service to be deleted or terminated.
7. Funds returned are service funds ordered, not including Beyond dynamic will not provide refunds for users who violate the Terms of Service.
1. Requests for cancellation or termination of service can only be made by contacting customer service available on the Beyond.co.id web to be directed to send tickets through the client area regarding service cancellations on billing support. For this information, we will not process the cancellation request and will not apply other than submitting an application through CS.
2. Notification of cancellation must be received no later than ten working days before the due date to avoid full fees for the next period of service. Failure of the cancellation process will cause the invoice to remain due. Cancellation requests can only be registered if the account does not have a due invoice.
3. The service recipient agrees and will continue to pay the bill according to the bill contained in the invoice if the service recipient has not received an email confirmation of service cancellation from Beyond dynamic. Beyond dynamic has the right to unilaterally cancel and do it automatically if the service recipient does not make a payment.
4. Beyond dynamic has the right to cancel the account anytime/anytime if a violation is found on the user's account.
5. It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit card subscription you entered has been cancelled.
6. Services that are canceled or Canceled by the user will automatically delete all data files (including backups) on the canceled services.
7. The billing will continue until you decide to stop or make a cancellation request on the billing invoice. You have the right to decide to quit at any time. Beyond dynamic does not provide refunds for services that have been used or have passed the refund policy period.
8. If the cancellation is made by Beyond dynamic in connection with a violation of the policy then there will be no refund.
1. You can register as a premium partnership by registering through the www.beyond.co.id website.
2. Beyond dynamic frees any form of promo for premium partnership as long as it does not violate the TOS that has been set by Beyond dynamic.
3. The percentage of premium partnership depends on the number that Beyond dynamic has determined at this time.
4. Premium partnership funds can be withdrawn after a period of more than 14 days.
5. Premium partnership funds can be withdrawn directly through the menu that Beyond dynamic has provided.
You agree to use Beyond dynamic services and facilities by taking into account all possible risks that arise at your own risk. Beyond dynamic is not responsible for all losses, data loss including damage arising from the use of Beyond dynamic facilities. Beyond dynamic is acquitted of all claims by third parties for any losses incurred for third parties.
1. Sales Invoice. "This Sales Invoice is also a valid proof of payment"
2. Description on the Sales Invoice.
• This Sales Invoice is valid without a signature because it is issued electronically.
• This electronic Sales Invoice and/or the printed result will also serve as valid proof of payment.
• This electronic Sales Invoice and/or the printed result is a valid legal evidence in accordance with the ITE Law Number 11 of 2008.
3. Tax Invoice. In connection with PT Guana Anugrah Perkasa already with PKP status, it is better to file an electronic Tax Invoice issuance where the proof of the Tax Invoice will be like the example below: "In accordance with the applicable provisions, the Directorate General of Taxes stipulates that this Tax Invoice has been signed electronically so that a wet signature is not required on this Tax Invoice."
4. Stamp Duty. Article 3 paragraph (1) of the Stamp Duty Law states:
Stamp Duty is imposed on:
• Documents created as a tool to explain about a civil incident; and
• Documents used as evidence in court.
Article 3 paragraph (2) letter g
Documents stating the amount of money with a nominal value of more than Rp. 5,000,000.00 (five million rupiahs) which:
• Mention the receipt of money; or
• Stamp Duty is imposed 1 (one) time for each document and is subject to Stamp Duty at a fixed rate of Rp. 10,000
